Lore about the religions of the medieval in the kingdom
I. Christianity in Flintwhenia
In the earlier years, the terrains of Flintwhenia were overfilled with native villages with all sorts of different beliefs and religions until the arrival of Christianity in an unknown timeline BC.
A group of European clerical and religious men coming from France visited the remote island and thus, converted and influenced the city itself to form decentralization. The French and Latin influence kept spreading like an epidemic which helped cultural buildings to reform and structure neatly. Both monarch society and feudal which later becomes known as the Kingdom of Flintwhenia.
The Kingdom of Whetstone was ruled after the arrival of Sir Walther von Davenport, a German Colonist. Whetstone was being re-constructed by highly experienced builders and foragers. Soon they've have built so many infrastructures based on a European style modeling of all textures and skits. The Kingdom of Whetstone was the first to be civilized by a group of European colonists and first to be centralized, and to be feudalized.
Christianity played a very important role in the Kingdom of Flintwhenia, it was the main religion and the most recognized one. Churches were built in almost every village to share and preach the ideology.
II. Other Religions & Beliefs
However, apparently before the arrival of Christianity and before its emergent to the Kingdom. There was still a living old soul, or what they say 'old religion' in various towns. Which lost souls, for the Christians to be baptized and converted.
Theologists rather gave them a definitive form of the word which derives from a Latin word - Infidel or in Latin, infidelity means faithless and treacherous. A group of natives has had beliefs in a Greek Mythology. Others still had the same beliefs where the ancient Roman have it before - believing in goddess and gods.
